摘 要:在亚铁磁性物质的自发磁化理论模型的基础上引入冷无序能,建立了有序能、热无序能、冷无序能之间竞争的物理模型.对于材料的亚铁磁性,引入冷无序能后,从理论上得到了与奈尔磁相变温度TN相相关的能量kBTN与有序能Eorder的比值变化,以及冷无序能Ed与有序能的比值Ed/Eorder的变化规律.当与顺磁居里温度相关的能量kBθP远大于有序能Eorder时,就会容易出现亚铁磁性物质的有序、无序之间的竞争.κNθ=Eorder/kBθP越小,在kBTN/Eorder大的区域有序无序的竞争更加明显.On the basis of spontaneous magnetization theory in the ferrimagnetic material, we introduced cold disorder energy and built the system with competition of order energy, thermal disorder energy, and cold disorder energy. For ferrimagnetic materials, by the introduction of cold disorder energy, we obtain magnetic phase transition N6el temperature TN of the ferrimagnetic material, the ratio of related energy kB TN and the order energy Eorder, the ratio of the cold disorder Ea and order energyThus we found that when paramagnetic Curie temperature related kBθp is much greater thanthe order energy Eoraer, it will easily lead to the competition between the ordering and disordering in ferrimagnetic materials. As KNθ =kBθP Sets smaller, in region with large , competition between order and disorder becomes more pro-nounced.
