摘　　要：针对高等院校机房的使用特点,设计并实现了一种基于远程监控的管理系统。采用软件方式实现基于指纹识别与密码输入结合的双重身份认证、自动分配机位并远程控制计算机开启状态;精确计时计费和帐户管理;计算机使用日志详细记录;上机人员注销自动关机等功能。该系统可在不增加机房现有硬件配置的前提下,实现机房信息化管理,在高等院校开放机房管理中,具有较强的应用价值。This article designed and implemented a management system based on remote monitoring which is oriented exclusively toward the computer-room of colleges. The system achieves the dual fingerprint-based authentication by software methods, automatic allocation of seats, and remote control of the computer＇ s power-on state; precisely timing counting and account management; the detailed records of user＇ s behaviors; the automatic shutdown fimctions of computers. Compared with the traditional management system of computer-room of colleges and universities, this system has a higher degree of intelligence and functional characteristics.
