摘  要:将9种不同类型农药与木霉菌粉剂分别按不同的比例混配,包衣种子,观察其对玉米出苗及幼苗生长的影响,从而筛选出对玉米生长安全的复配比例和组合。结果表明:木霉菌粉剂单独使用不影响玉米出苗,并对玉米生长具有明显的促进作用。将木霉菌粉剂与供试化学农药混配后,种子出苗率普遍降低,其中爱苗、阿维吡虫啉、丁硫克百威和戊唑醇抑制作用较为明显。阿维菌素、申嗪霉素、井冈霉素.蜡质芽孢杆菌等生物源农药以一定比例与木霉菌粉剂复配包衣种子对玉米出苗和生长安全性好,甚至具有协同促生作用,因此可做为今后创制新型复合种衣剂的重要候选组分。Trichoderrna biomass powder and nine kinds of pesticides were mixed respectively at different ratio of both components and then the complex formulation were assessed based on their impact level on maize seed germination and seedling growth for obtaining rational complex formulation available for maize safety production. The results showed that Trichoderma biomass powder itself can obviously promote maize seed germination and seedling growth. However, seedling emergence rates were remarkably decreased when seed coated with complex formulation composed of Trichoderma biomass powder and tested pesticides such as difenoconazole, propiconazole, avennectin-imidacprid and carbosulfan-tebuconazole respectively. In contrary, the complex formulations prepared with Trichoderrna and avennectin, shenqinmycin, validamycin-Bacillus cereus dedicated their synergistic promotion to seed germination and seedling growth, if ratio of both components are favorable in complex formulation ,which consequentlycould be used as valuable candidates to prepare effective complex formulation available for maize safety production.
