摘　　要：根据国内外油田企业科技成果转化发展的相关研究,分析了我国石油企业现行的科技成果的管理体制和运行机制存在的问题,讨论了计算科技成果直接转化的经济效益的方法,并以实例说明运用该评价方法计算油田科技成果的经济效益有助于提高石油企业的科技贡献率。According to the research on scientific and technological achievement of oil companies at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems existing in management system and operation mechanism of oil companies in China. And it discusses the method to calculate the economic benefits from the direct transform of scientific and technological achievement. Finally,it demonstrates that this method can be used to evaluate the expected economic benefit produced by scientific research achievements by using an example, which helps to improve the scientific and technical contribution rate of oil companies.
