摘  要:23500 m3制氧机投产以来发生了氩塔工况和液空纯度经常波动、分子筛吸附末期CO2经常超标、主冷乙炔、碳氢化合物时常超标报警等问题。几年的操作摸索和分子筛检修,均未解决问题。最后发现是因为分子筛污氮放空不当所置,经过改造,彻底解决了问题。There were some problems occurred since commissioning of 23500 m3 oxygen making machine,such as fluctuation of argon tower working condition and liquid air purity,excessive standard of CO2 in final adsorption stage of molecular sieve,excessive standard of acetylene and hydrocarbon of main cooling system.These problems were not solved in operation and molecular sieve maintenance in a few years.Finally it was found out that the molecular sieve vent for waste nitrogen was in an improper position.This problem was settled thoroughly after the reconstruction.
