摘　　要：详细介绍了某电厂300 MW机组滑参数停机运行操作过程中上、下缸温差的控制方法。通过对滑停操作过程的分析,总结了运行操作方面的经验,提出了今后应注意的问题,为下一步的深度滑参数停机打下基础。The way to control difference in temperature of upper cylinder and lower cylinder during 300 MW unit variable parameter shutdown of a power plant is presented in detail.In terms of analysis of process of variable parameter shutdown,the experience in operation is summarized and the points for attention in the future are given.It lays the foundation for deep variable parameter shutdown.
