摘　　要：冷轧镀锌过程中广泛采用清洗工艺对带钢进行清洗,本文分析了影响清洗效果的各种因素,包括清洗液种类、浓度、温度以及工艺流程。同时提出了促进清洗效果的有效措施,如:工艺选择、自动加药控制、生产管理等。最后,介绍了计算机仿真技术在流体研究中的作用,建议在清洗段工艺研究中引入计算机仿真软件,此举有重要的科研价值并能为生产运行提供重要的设备运行参数。The cleaning process is widely used to clean steel strip in the cold rolled galvanized process.Various factors affecting cleaning effect are analyzed in this paper,including cleaning fluid type,concentration,temperature and process.Effective measures to promote the cleaning effectare put forward,such as,technology selection,automatic dosing control,production management.Finally,the role of computer simulation technology is introduced in fluid research.Introduction of computer simulation software in the cleaning section is recommended.This has important scientific value and can provide important equipment operation parameters for production.
