摘　　要：针对马钢高线生产线的工艺特点,介绍了采用一台主机同时控制两台测量终端的增设方案及在线测径仪的工作原理、设备组成及调试要点,并对在使用中出现的问题进行相应的改进。并通过实践证明国产测径仪应用于高速线材轧机生产线,在提高线材产品精度、减少废品率等方面有显著效果。Based on the process characteristics of high speed wire rod production line of Maanshan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,the scheme of using a host computer to control two measurement terminals at the same time,operation principle,equipment composition as well as key debugging points of the on-line diameter gauge are introduced.The problems in usage are improved.The practice has proved that the domestic diameter gauge used in the high speed wire rod mill production line has obvious effects in increasing precision of high speed wire rod products and in decreasing rejection rate.
