七味都气丸对果蝇寿命及小鼠抗衰老作用影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究七味都气丸对果蝇寿命的影响及D-半乳糖致衰小鼠肝组织超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力、脑组织丙二醛(MDA)含量及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活力的影响。方法:将果蝇随机分为正常对照组、七味都气丸低、中、高剂量组和维生素E组。每24 h记录死亡果蝇数,统计各组果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命;将小鼠随机分为6组,D-半乳糖制造衰老模型,给予维生素E和不同浓度的七味都气丸,6周后测定肝组织中SOD活力、脑组织中AchE活力及MDA含量。结果:七味都气丸可显著提高小鼠体内的SOD活性,降低AchE活性及MDA含量;延长果蝇平均寿命和最高寿命。结论:七味都气丸可有效地清除自由基,阻断了自由基的连锁反应,从而抑制或减轻了肌体组织和细胞的过氧化过程,使肌体各项生理功能得到明显改善,起到抗衰老的作用。Objective: to study the effect of Qiwei Duqi Wan(QDW) on the fruit flies life-span and on SOD,MDA and AchE in senile mice induced by D-Galactose.Methods: the fruit flies were randomly divided into control group,high,midium and low dose of QDW groups,and vitamin E group with deaths recorded every 24 hours,the average life-span and maximum life span figured out;senile models by D-Galactose of 6 groups were administered with vitamin E and QDW of different concentration,SOD,AchE and MDA detected 6 weeks later.Results: QDW could significantly increase SOD activity,decrease AchE activity and MDA content;lengthen the life span and maximum life span of fruit flies.Conclusion: QDW is able to remove free radicals,block up their cascade reaction,so as to inhibit or lessen the peroxidation procession of organic tissues and cells,improve the physiological function of body and stay caducity.
