摘　　要：针对办公自动化系统对数据信息共享需求变得日益突出,信息需求量愈来愈大的情况,为了充分利用办公环境下种类极其丰富的信息资源与提高办公效率,研究了基于J2EE环境下的协同办公自动化系统的设计与实现。讨论了系统架构设计、系统内外信息交流传递、群体协作与流程控制、功能模块划分、系统安全设计、数据库表设计与编码实现等。以办公事务处理为例,讨论了原型系统的设计与实现,测试表明所设计的协同办公自动化系统具有合理、可行与可用性。Aimed at the puzzle that the conflict of share demand in the data information gets more and more outstanding for office automation system and the demand quantity of information gets increasing, in order to take full advantage of very abundant information resource in category under office environment and to enhance the office efficiency, the paper researched on the design and implementation of cooperative office automation system based on the environment of J2EE. In the paper, it discussed the design of system architecture, communication and transfer for information of inner and outer system, group collaboration and flow control, function module partition, system safety design, database form design, coding realization and so on. And it took the office affairs processing as an example, and discussed the design and implementation of prototype system. The test shows that the designed system is reasonable, feasible and applicable.
