摘　　要：针对故障频发的拉矫机缺陷，提出了改进措施并付诸实施，提高了拉矫机作业率，减少了故障，降低了维护费用，延长了设备寿命。This article analyses the defects of the leveler with frequent Faults and puts forward and carries out the appropriate improvement measures to increase the operation rate of the leveler, reduce the faults and maintenance cost, and prolong the service life of the leveler.
