双层注射加肛门紧缩术治疗成人直肠脱垂的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双层注射加肛门紧缩术治疗成人直肠脱垂的临床疗效及机理。方法 48例成人直肠脱垂患者采用粘膜下注射、直肠周围间隙注射加肛门紧缩术治疗的临床资料作系统回顾性分析。观察临床疗效、肛门功能,术后复发及并发症情况。结果 48例直肠脱垂患者近期全部治愈,治愈率100%。术后所有患者无出血、脱出、伤口感染、肛门狭窄等并发症,肛门功能正常,大便自解通畅。随访6个月～3年未见复发。结论双层注射加肛门紧缩术治疗成人直肠脱垂安全可靠,可取得满意临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and potential mechanism of double-layer injection plus anus reefing in the treatment of adult rectal prolapse.Methods We retrospectively analyze the clinical data through collecting 48 cases of rectal prolapse treated with both submucosal and perirectal injection plus anus reefing.The clinical efficacy,anal sphincter function,postoperative recurrence and complications were evaluated.Results All of the 48 patients of rectal prolapse were cured with a curative rate of 100%.After the operation,none of the patients experienced any complications,such as bleeding,prolapse,wound infection or anal stenosis.Moreover,all patients regained normal anal function and smooth defecation after such treatment.No recurrence were observed over a follow-up period of 0.3 to 3 years.Conclusion The treatment regimen of double-layer injection plus anus reefing for adult rectal prolapse is safe and reliable.
