摘 要:土壤水分是冬小麦产量和品质形成的重要调控因子,研究节水灌溉制度对冬小麦产量和品质的协同调控作用,对于冬小麦高产优质水分管理具有重要的意义。本研究通过分析不同节水灌溉制度下冬小麦籽粒形态品质和加工品质的变化特征及其与农田蒸散的量化关系,结果表明灌溉制度对冬小麦品质指标的影响存在明显差异,水分调控应针对不同的品质指标区别对待,其中拔节期和抽穗期灌溉对冬小麦多项品质指标及产量有明显的调控作用。多数小麦品质指标与农田蒸散量呈相反的趋势变化,而产量与蒸散量变化趋势一致。本试验条件下拔节期和抽穗期灌溉基本达到了冬小麦产量和品质的协调一致,可作为该地区冬小麦高产优质水分管理的有效措施。Soil water is the important factor for wheat yield and quality. With the shortage of agricultural water resources, studying on the effects of water - saving irrigation schedules on wheat yield and quality is significant for managing high yield and quality of wheat. In this paper, the wheat quality under different irrigation treatments and its relationship with evapotranspiration were analyzed, and the results showed: obvious differences in the effects of these different irrigation schedules on wheat quality were found, and irrigations at jointing and booting stages can improve wheat quality and yield significantly. Most wheat quality indicators showed an opposite trend with evapotranspiration, but inverse result occurred to wheat yield. Under current experimental conditions, irrigation at both jointing and booting stages produced high wheat yield and quality, which can be considered as the effective irrigation management for high yield and quality of wheat.
