摘 要:为保障通信网承载业务信息的可靠、高效传输,提高通信网络在自然灾害和突发事件时的业务支撑和保障能力,开展电力通信容灾系统建设。文章分析了现有株洲电力通信网不满足容灾要求的主要原因,提供了一种在现有通信网基础上,对株洲电业局通信网络结构、通道组织、设备配置等进行必要的改造、调整和完善的方案,并就方案涉及的选址、通道组织、业务流向、设备配置等关键问题进行了详细阐述,实现了株洲地区通信网的逐级双汇聚、双上联的高可靠容灾体系结构。通过该方案的实施,确保了在主调节点失效情况下对关键业务及通信网络的管控能力不受影响,为株洲地区电力通信网的安全保障提供了有效的解决方案。In order to provide high reliable and efficient transmission of service information carried by power communication network and improve the support ability in case of natural disasters and emergencies, the construction of disaster recovery system is very important for power communication network. This article analyses the main reasons of Zhouzhou power communication network that can not satisfied disaster recovery requirements, and put forward an upgrading scheme from the aspects of network configuration, channel organization and equipment selection. Key issues such as location, channel organization, service flows, and device configuration are discussed in detail. The implementation of this scheme ensures that the key services and the management and control capabilities of the network are not affected when main node is failure. The scheme provides an effective solution of the safety and security of Zhuzhou power communication network.
