摘　　要：IEC 61850是关于电力企业自动化系统的通信网络和系统的国际通信标准,规定了基于制造报文规范的通信协议栈,使得协议很好地适应了通信技术的发展。MMS-EASE Lite是关于MMS及其底层通信的C语言源代码包,不仅实现了IEC 61850的对象和服务与MMS对象和服务的映射,也实现了MMS与其底层的通信。对基于IEC 61850的服务器端IED的配置文件的结构及其与MMS-EASE Lite相关的接口函数进行了详细地研究,并以实例分析了.CID和MMS-EASE Lite软件库对IEC 61850服务器端IED设备配置的方法。As an international telecommunication standard, IEC 61850 provides the communication protocol stack based on Manufacturing Message Specification （MMS）, which well adapts to the development of telecommunication technologies. MMS-EASE Lite is a C language source package for MMS and the communication with its lower layer,it realizes not only the mapping between objects and services of IEC 61850 and MMS, but the communication between MMS and its lower layers. The paper studies the Configured IED Description file （.CID） and the relevant interface functions based on MMS-EASE Lite in details, analyses by examples the IED configuration method based on .CID and MMS-EASE Lite in the IEC 61850 server application.
