摘 要:针对传统电力质量监测方法实时性、多参数测试性能较差的缺点,提出了将以太网接入技术与电能采集相结合进行电力质量现场和远程在线监测的设计方案。硬件设计采用微控制器STM32F103和以太网控制芯片W5100搭建网络系统,实现下位机与上位机之间的远程通信;选择通用SPI总线接口模式,以保证数据的传输速率。软件部分介绍了W5100的驱动程序,并详细阐述了UDP协议的通信流程,明确了网络通信的工作过程。测试表明,该接口能够实现UDP数据的网络传输,从而为电力参量的准确、实时传递提供保障。通过上位机的Internet可以实现电力质量的远程监测。In view of the disadvantages of traditional power quality monitoring method such as poor real-time and multi- parameter test performances, this paper proposes a design scheme for on site and remote online monitoring on power quality by combining Ethernet access and energy collection technologies. Micro-controller STM32F103 and Ethernet con- troller chip WSlO0 are used for network construction to realize the remote communication between host computer and slave computer. The SPI bus interface mode is selected to ensure the data rate. The paper also introduces the WS100 driver, discusses UDP protocol in detail, and defines the work process of network communication. The tests show that the interface can realize the network transmission of UDP data and guarantee the real-time transmission of power parameters. The remote monitoring on power quality can also be realized through Internet accessed from host computer.
