摘 要:以江苏地区3个细柱五加居群(汤山、宝华山、铁山寺)为材料,分别观察叶片形态结构,测定叶绿素含量及光合特性,为细柱五加人工栽培提供技术依据。结果表明,3个居群叶片结构均具阴生植物特征;光补偿点分别为24、18和21μmol.m-2.s-1,光饱和点分别为555、309和348μmol.m-2.s-1;CO2补偿点分别为72.5、82.5和67.6μmol.mol-1,CO2饱和点分别为1 500、2 550和1 490μmol.mol-1;叶绿素a/b均较低。认为3个居群细柱五加均为阴生植物,人工栽培需遮阴处理。Three populations(Tangshan,Baohuashan,Tieshansi) of Acanthopanax gracilistylus were used as materials to analyze chlorophyll content,photosynthesis and leaf microstructure so as to study their physiological characteristics and provide a theoretical basis for artificial cultivation.The results showed that the diurnal varia-tion of net photosynthesis rate(Pn) in three populations all took a single peak curve.The light compensation point(LCP) of three populations were 24,18 and 21 ?mol·m-2·s-1,respectively;light saturation point(LSP) of three populations were 555,309 and 348 ?mol·m-2·s-1;CO2 compensation point of three populations were 72.5,82.5 and 67.6 μmol·mol^-1O2 saturation point of three populations were 1 500,2 550 and 1 490 μmol·mol^-1or-respondingly.The chlorophyll content,photosynthesis and leaf morphology of three populations of Acanthopanax gracilistylus were significantly different.It comes to a conclusion that the three populations of Acanthopanax gracilistylus have typical characteristics of shade plants,and it is better to provide shading treatment for artificial cultivation.
