摘　　要：国家大型飞机重大专项是《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》确定的十六个重大科技专项之一,发展大型飞机项目,是党中央、国务院站在历史和全局的高度,审时度势、高瞻远瞩做出的重大战略决策,是我国建设创新型国家的标志性工程和振兴我国航空工业、推动国防科技工业跨越发展的重大工程,也是加快转变经济发展方式,调整经济结构的重大战略部署。面对全球实力强大的竞争对手,如何抓住机遇,迎接挑战,使我国自主研制的大型客机早日翱翔蓝天,取得研制成功,是我们必须直接应对的问题。National major special project on trunk liner program is one of sixteen major scientific and technological projects confirmed by ＂National Guideline on Medium- and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology Development＂. Development of trunk liner program is an important strategic decision that has been made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in consideration of historical and overall aspects through correctly appraising the situation and showing great foresight. It is a landmark project for our country to build an innovative nation, an important project to revive our aviation industry and promote the rapid development of national defense technology industry and also an important strategic deployment to speed up change of economic development mode and adjust economic structure. In the face of strong global competitors, how to seize opportunities and face challenges and let large passenger planes, which are independently developed by our country, to fly in the sky as soon as possible and how to achieve success in research and development are problems for us to solve directly.
