摘　　要：阐述了高校教学实验室开放基金设立的背景、基金的组织运行和取得的成果。实践证明,设立教学实验室开放基金对于创新型人才培养、提高实验室资源利用、促进实验室的发展意义深远。The purpose of the establishing teaching laboratory opening fund is that the laboratory course could play more important role of training innovative talent,the teachers are motivated on opening teaching laboratory,and the students are motivated to research science in laboratory.The purpose also includes that the laboratories are opened regularly,the laboratory resource utilization is increased,and the development of laboratory could be smooth.Form the reality of work,the article expounds the background,running,meaning and achievement of the teaching laboratory opening fund.The practice has proved the far-reaching significance on training innovative talents and the laboratory development through the teaching laboratory opening fund.
