摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对CBA转会中存在的问题进行调查并运用产权经济学的相关理论对其进行分析。发现CBA转会存在运动员流动不顺畅、转会成功率低等问题,转会制度中的注册优先权制度,运动员产权界定不清晰是导致转会市场萧条的重要原因。This research was carried out to study the present situation of CBA transfer through questionnaire,literature study and theories of property rights economics.There were problems such as the low turnover rate of the existence of the athletes,low success rate of transfer etc.The athlete＇s property rights not being clearly defined and the registration priority of the transfer system were important reasons for depression of the transfer market.
