摘　　要："黑哨"现已成为体育界最为敏感且非常受社会关注的问题之一。通过文献资料与逻辑分析法,探讨篮球黑哨现象的危害性,界定篮球裁判员黑哨行为的操作性定义并分析篮球裁判员黑哨现象的行为特征。在此基础上,对篮球裁判员黑哨行为的形成原因及其遏制措施进行了探讨,旨在为有效预防和遏制篮球裁判员的黑哨行为,促进我国篮球运动的健康发展提供参考依据。Cheating calls in basketball have attracted great public attention as one of the most sensitive social problems.Ddopting literature review and logic analysis,this paper expatiates on definition of cheating calls,harms brought by cheating calls,reasons,behavioral characteristics and elimination of cheating calls.It aims at promoting the healthy development of the Chinese basketball.
