摘　　要：通过对欠发达地区图书馆基本现状和存在问题的剖析,阐述欠发达地区图书馆总分馆建设的战略意义,并提出推进欠发达地区图书馆总分馆建设的实践策略。Through the analysis of the basic present situation and existing problems of the library in the underdeveloped region,the article expounds the strategic significance of the general and sub-library construction,and puts forward the practical strategies to promote the constructing of the general and sub-library.
