摘　　要：随着高等教育体制改革的深入,高校的地方性特色更加鲜明,立足区域文化,深度开发地方特色文化,建设特色馆藏文献数据库,是地方性高校图书馆的发展趋势。运城学院图书馆结合本馆馆藏特色,积极发挥区域文化优势,确定合理的体系结构,制定科学的建设措施,培养高素质的建设队伍,构建关公文化特色专题文献数据库,对于深入研究关公文化、提升图书馆科技服务含量、促进图书馆发展有着巨大作用和深远意义。With the deepening of higher education reform,local characteristics of universities become more and more distinctive.To develop local characteristic culture deeply and construct characteristic database is the trend for local university library development.Yuncheng University library takes advantage of regional culture,determines a reasonable architecture,makes out scientific measures,trains high-quality constractin team to build characteristic datase of Guan Gong.This is of great significance for deepning research of Guan Gong culture and promoting library service quality and development.
