摘 要:本文通过对高校图书馆流通部的工作人员在为广大师生读者服务中的细节管理进行深入探讨,提出用诚心、细心来打造流通部细节服务的管理措施,从而进一步提高流通部的服务质量。This article tries to give a new and comprehensive analysis on the specific management,in which the staffs in the college library circulation are supposed to provide sincere and satisfying services to the college students and other readers in the school.Then,it gives a unique concept and countermeasures about how to improve the specific service and management,whose essential principles are sincerity and attentiveness.Based on these,the service quality in circulation department will be increasingly promoted and improved.
