摘　　要：公共图书馆除了为用户提供基础业务服务外,还应与时俱进,不断拓展服务功能,创新服务形式与内容。解密档案的开放和使用为图书馆拓展服务功能提供了可能;公共图书馆既有强大的文化优势又有广大的用户优势,还有政策支持,能更好地发挥解密档案的特殊价值。本文拟以解密档案为切入点,就如何把可能变为现实,以及公共图书馆收藏解密档案所需解决的问题等方面作了一些思考。Public libraries should continue to expand services and innovate services in the form and content,in addition to providing users with basic services.Opening and using of decrypted file offers the possibility to expand services for the library.Public libraries have cultural advantages,a strong majority of users and policy support to realize the special value of the decrypted files better.This article is focused on how public libraries use the decrypted files to expand its services.
