摘　　要：随着新技术的发展,传统的电信域业务交付平台(SDP)需要支持互联网、移动互联网和物联网等新环境下的应用交付。同时,云计算服务模式及其所涉及的关键技术也为SDP的构建方式及服务模式提出了新的发展思路。文章在分析云计算PaaS平台与SDP关系的基础上,提出了具备云计算特性的SDP解决方案及其功能框架,并对其中的关键技术进行了深入的分析和研究。With the development of new technology, the traditional service delivery platform （SDP） needs to support application delivery for Internet, mobile Internet, and Internet of Things. The service module and key technologies in cloud computing have sparked new ideas about SDP construction and service module. Based on the relationship between the PaaS and SDP solution, a new SDP solution with cloud computing features is proposed, The key technology in this solution is also studied.
