摘　　要：目的:探讨健康信念模式对高血压患者进行营养健康教育的疗效。方法:将100例高血压患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规营养健康教育,干预组在常规营养健康教育的基础上运用健康信念模式进行营养知识的讲座,推广合理的营养观点和膳食模式。3个月时间比较两组营养知识认知水平及不良膳食行为的改变情况。结果:干预组营养健康教育知识掌握及不良膳食行为改变明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用健康信念模式对高血压患者进行营养健康教育,是患者改变不良生活行为的有效途径。Objective：To explore the curative effects on nutrition health education for the patient with hypertension by health belief model.Methods：100 patients were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with routine health education measures,and the experimental group was treated with the seminar of the health belief model,which is based on the routine nutrition health education.The conditions of knowledge of nourishment and change of unhealthy eating habits were compared between the two groups after the intervention 3 months later.Results： A remarkable improvement on knowledge of nourishment,change of unhealthy eating habits was got in the experimental group than that in control group,P0.01.Conclusions： Nursing programmes on the basis of the health belief model are proved to be an effective pathway for the patients with hypertension to change their unhealthy eating habits.
