摘 要:试验在盆栽条件下研究了镉胁迫对花生叶片衰老的影响。结果表明,轻度镉胁迫(1.00mg/kg)对豫花15号和XB023叶片中叶绿素含量,光合速率及保护酶活性影响不大,叶片未表现明显衰老;中度镉胁迫(2.50mg/kg)降低了豫花15号叶片的叶绿素含量和光合速率,增加了SOD、POD、CAT含量,叶片出现衰老迹象,但对XB023影响不大;重度镉胁迫(7.50mg/kg)明显降低了XB023叶绿素含量和光合速率,增加了MDA含量,促进叶片衰老。说明镉胁迫致花生衰老作用存在品种间差异,二者相比豫花15号在镉胁迫下比XB023更易衰老。Pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of Cd stress on leaf senescence of peanut cultivars of Yuhua15 and XB023. The results showed that there was almost no effect of Cd on peanut leaves chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and activity of protective enzymes under a condition of 1.00 mg/kg. The Cd stress didn't cause leaf senescence. Cd obviously decreased Yuhual5 leaves chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, increased the activity of SOD, POD and CAT under a condition of 2.50 mg/kg, and Yuhual5 was senescence. Cd obviously decreased XB023 leaves chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, increased the content of MDA under a condition of 7.50 mg/kg, and XB023 was senescence. Compared with XB023, Yuhual5 was easier to be senescence under Cd stress.
