摘 要:目的评价河南省许昌市2008~2010年健康教育项目在防治饮水型地方性氟中毒中的效果。方法采用分层抽样的方法,对目标人群在健康教育项目开展前后分别进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行比较。结果健康教育干预前后,2008、2009和2010年4~6年级小学生地方性氟中毒防治知识知晓率分别由63.46%、60.00%和50.00%提高到为95.19%、97.59%和95.19%;育龄妇女地方性氟中毒防治知识知晓率分别由54.14%、67.04%和58.02%提高到86.30%、98.89%和97.28%。结论在地方性氟中毒病区开展健康教育活动对提高群众防治知识和技能,树立健康观念是行之有效的。Objective To evaluation effects health education project in the prevention and treatment of water type of endemic fluorosis of Xuehang City of Henan Province in 2008 -2010. Methods The samples were randomly surveyed to evaluate the knowledge of water type of endemic fluorosis control were conducted before and after health educational activities in students and women of ehildbearing age. Results After the intervention of health education, the levels of knowledge on endemic fluorosis of 4 -6th grade students in 2008 -2010 was respectively increased from 63.46%, 60. 00% and 50. 00% to 95. 19%, 97. 59% and 95. 19% ; and the levels of knowledge on endemic fluorosis of women of childbearing age in 2008 - 2010 was respectively increased from 54. 14%, 67. 04% and 58.02% to 86. 30%, 98. 89% and 97. 28%. Conclusion Health education is one effective means to raise public prevention knowledge and skills in endemic fluorosis areas.
