摘  要:目的:观察MXC对未成熟小鼠卵母细胞体外成熟的毒性作用;方法:1、用不同浓度MXC培养液培养未成熟小鼠卵母细胞;对照组直接用M2培养液培养,各组培养时间均为24h。2、激光共聚焦观察有丝分裂纺锤体的形成。3、培养结束时,在镜下观察MXC对卵丘扩展的影响。结论:MXC对小鼠卵母细胞的毒性作用可通过直接作用于卵母细胞,使其有丝分裂纺锤体形成异常,从而抑制卵母细胞核的成熟。还可能通过抑制卵丘细胞的扩展,来影响成熟卵母细胞质量,进而影响后续胚胎发育,造成流产。Objective: To observe the MXC on mouse immature oocytes matured in vitro toxicity) method: 1, with different concentrations of MXC cultured immature mouse oocytes) controls the direct use of M2 culture medium, culture time were 24 h groups. In 2, laser confocal observations of mitotic spindle formation. At the end of 3, training in endoscopic observation MXC on cumulus expansion effect. Conclusion: MXC on mouse oocyte toxicity effect can be obtained by a direct role in the oocyte, the mitotic spindle formation of abnormal, thereby inhibiting the maturation of oocytes. Also probably through inhibition of cumulus cell expansion, to influence the maturation of oocyte quality, then influence subsequent embryo development, causing a miscarriage.
