经伤椎椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经伤椎椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:通过对2009年1月～2011年7月宝鸡市中医医院脊柱骨病一科收治的52例胸腰椎骨折患者的资料进行分组实验,将其分成2组,一组使用四钉固定术进行治疗,一组使用伤椎椎弓根螺钉固定术进行治疗。结果:对52例病人进行随访,时间为12～18个月,骨折都达到临床愈合。所有病人都没有继发神经损伤加重。结论:经伤椎椎弓根置钉固定术可以提高复位的质量,强化脊柱的稳定性,是治疗胸腰椎骨折安全有效的方法。based on 1 January 2009 to July 2011 the baoji hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,a spinal bone diseases were 52 cases with thoracolumbar fractures patients group,will the information it into two groups,one group with four nail fixation,a group of vertebral pedicle screws with injury percutaneous pin fixation,objective.. to prove the injury vertebral pedicle fixation for nail can improve the quality of the reset,the stability of the spine, strengthen treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is safe and effective method.
