对用超声诊断异位妊娠的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨异位妊娠的超声图像特征及其诊断。方法:我科2008年7月至2011年6月的120例异位妊娠患者的超声显像特征与诊断进行回顾性分析,并结合术及病理结果进行对照。结果:120例异位妊娠患者中,其输卵管妊娠108例,占90%;子宫角妊娠6例,占5%;腹腔妊娠2例,占1.67%;宫颈妊娠2例,占1.67%;卵巢妊娠1例,占0.08%;阔韧带妊娠1例,占0.08%;根据超声确诊114例,占95%;漏诊以及误诊6例,占5%。结论:超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断提供了方便,是经济、实用可靠的方法,并在基层医院得以推广。Objective：To explore the ultrasound image characteristics of ectopic pregnancy and its diagnosis. Methods：from July to 2011 2008 in our department from June, 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy ultrasound ultrasound imaging characteristics and diagnosis,and compared with the results of operation and pathology.Results：120 cases of ectopic pregnancy in the fallopian tube pregnancy in 108 cases,accounting for 90%,6 cases of uterine horn pregnancy,accounted for 5%;abdominal pregnancy in 2 cases,accounting for 1.57%;2 cases of cervical pregnancy, accounted for 1.67%;ovarian pregnancy in 1 cases,accounting for 0.08%,broad ligament pregnancy in 1 cases, accounting for 0.08%,ultrasound diagnosed 114 cases,accounting for 95%,Misdiagnosis in 6 cases,accounting for 5% of. Conclusion：ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is a convenient,economic,practical and reliable method,which can be popularized in basic level hospital.
