摘　　要：分析了我国低碳经济对物流业未来发展的影响,针对我国物流业发展现状与企业物流需求的严重失衡问题,创新性地设计了基于低碳经济的第四方物流服务模式。该服务模式将信息服务业与金融服务业进行有机的结合,建立第四方物流信息平台,在此基础上整合与优化供应链中各企业物流资源并推动逆向物流的发展。探讨了实现多行业互利共赢与环境保护并举的可能途径,并从政府、行业与企业角度提出了发展建议。This paper analyzes the influence of low-carbon economy on the development of the logistics industry in China. In view of the serious disparity between the development reality of the logistics industry and the logistics needs of enterprises, the paper innovatively designs a 4PL service model based on low-carbon economy. In this model, a logistics information platform is established by combining information services and financial services, based on which, logistics resources of enterprises in a supply chain can be effectively integrated and optimized. Moreover, the quality of reverse logistics can also be improved. At the end possible approaches to a win-win situation for multi-industries and environmental protection efforts are explored, so are some recommendations from the perspectives of government, industry and enterprise.
