摘　　要：ISO14000标准集成了发达国家环境管理实践的精华,是环境管理的有效工具。实施ISO14000标准,不但能够引领物流企业预防污染、合理利用资源、不断改进环境绩效,走可持续发展之路;也是破解我国绿色物流发展缓慢这一难题的有效手段,必将对我国物流绿色化的发展起到积极的推进作用。F252.1 standard set has become an effective tool for the developed countries to carry out environmental manageraent and protection practices. Implementing the ISO14000 can not only guide logistics enterprises toward lesser pollution, making better use of resources, improveing environmental performance continuously, and taking the sustainable development road, but also help along the retarded development of green logistics in China.
