摘　　要：首先对宁波注塑机集群形成过程及特点进行分析,从竞争优势及协调机构组建说明集群式供应链形成机理。最后对宁波注塑机行业集群式供应链存在问题提出相关建议。The paper mainly analyzes the formation process and characteristics of the mold injection machine industrial cluster of Ningbo and explains the mechanism of the forming of the supply chain cluster from the angles of competitive edge and organizational coordination At the end, it gives suggestions for the sustainable development of Ningbo mold injection machine manufacturing industry
