高校教师党员党性分析存在问题及解决方法的路径探讨

摘　　要：本文立足于我国改革开放30多年以来的社会现实,论述了高校教师党员党性分析方法路径中存在的问题,并分析了其原因。笔者建议从坚持具体问题具体分析法、历史分析法、系统分析法、制度分析法等来探索高校教师党员党性分析的科学方法;从制定合理的内容指标体系,评价主体的多元化,党性分析程序的科学化、透明化和党性分析机制运行的常态化四个方面来对高校教师党员党性分析的路径进行科学构建。This article is based on the 30 years＇ social reality of China＇s reform and opening up, discusses the problems of the university teachers Party spirit today, and explores its causes. The author suggests that we explore the scientific method of the university teachers＇ party spirit analysis from the analysis of specific issues, historical analysis, system analysis, institution analysis, and build the scientific path of the university teachers＇ party spirit analysis from the reasonable content of evaluation index system, wide range of evaluation of the main, scientific and transparent analysis program, and normal operating mechanism of the analysis.
