摘　　要：百泉书院的前身为太极书院,其兴起与邵雍等诸位理学大师倡道苏门山密切相关。至元,理学名家姚枢、赵复、许衡、窦默等纷纷栖居苏门讲学,使书院很快成为北方理学传播的中心。明代经多次修葺,书院制度日臻完善。清初理学大家孙奇逢任主讲多年,使书院再度成为北方人文荟萃之地。因而,百泉书院在中国理学及书院发展史上有着举足轻重的地位。The predecess of Bai Quan Academy is Taiji Academy ,whose rise has a close relationship with many masters of neo-confucianism like ShaoYong. Till yuan, famous scholars of neo-confucianism,Yao Su,Zhao Heng, XuHeng and DouMo resided in Su Men Shan in succession to give lectures, which once again made North-Bai Quan Academy the center of neo-confucianism retransmition in the north .aftr several mendings in Ming Dynasty ,the academy system increasingly got perfect,and master of neo-confucianism in the early Qing Dynasty,Sun Qi,lectured here many years, Bai Quan Academy again became the land of talents. Therefore,it plays a vital role in China＇s neo-confucianism and in the history of academy development.
