我国4地区儿童青少年体质健康综合评价分析

摘　　要：目的:采用综合评价的方法,比较哈尔滨、武汉、湘潭、广州4地区儿童青少年体质健康状况,探讨其相关规律及可能影响因素。方法:从身体形态、生理功能和健康缺陷等3个方面对4地区4104名儿童青少年的体质健康状况进行综合评价并对各地区总体情况进行比较。结果:4地区儿童青少年身体形态指标,上等比例最高为哈尔滨(5.1%),下等最高为广州(4.5%);生理机能指标上等最高为湘潭(12.7%),下等最高为哈尔滨(8.8%);健康缺陷指标上等最高为哈尔滨(34.7%),下等最高为武汉(6.9%);综合评价上等最高为湘潭(14.1%),下等最高为武汉(3.9%)。各地区各指标间差异均具有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论:4地区儿童青少年体质健康状况存在一定差异,差异产生可能与4地所处的地理环境、社会发展程度,经济发达情况有关,也与当地儿童青少年营养水平、体育锻炼和文化教育等有关。Objective： To compare the children and adolescence physical health in different regions.Discusses the related law and possible influencing factors.Methods： Collect the data of body shape index,physical function index and health defects indicators.Using synthetical evaluation method to evaluate the physical health of 4104 children and adolescents in different regions,and then comparing four regions and doing statistics test.Rustles： The body shape index in Four regions,superior the highest proportion is Harbin（5.1%）,inferior the highest proportion is Guangzhou（4.5%）.The physical function index,superior the highest proportion is Xiangtan（12.7%）,inferior the highest proportion is Harbin（8.8%）.The health defects indicators,superior the highest proportion is Harbin（34.7%）,inferior the highest proportion is Wuhan（6.9%）.The composite index,superior the highest proportion is Xiangtan（14.1%）,inferior the highest proportion is Wuhan（3.9%）.Regional differences between each index was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： There was some differences in four regions children and adolescence physical health.The differences may be generated by the geographical environment,social development degree,economic situation,the children nutrition level,sports and cultural education,etc.
