2002-2009年云南省某县医院门诊处方费用变化分析

摘　　要：目的:了解门诊处方费用、药品费用变化趋势,并分析其变化原因。方法:通过分层随机抽样方法抽取云南省某县医院2002-2009年109727张门诊处方。结果:2002-2009年门诊病人的经济负担与全国同级医院相比较轻。在医改及医院内部改革的影响下,2006年以后药品所占比例维持在15%左右,单张处方平均药品费用在25元左右,含药品处方率有所下降,门诊收入转变了传统的"以药养医"模式。建议:加大新农合的力度和强度,在推进实施过程中监督用药;进一步推进内部管理改革,加强对医疗设备使用的监管。Objective： The paper aims at analyzing the change in fee of prescription drugs and the proportion of drug costs and explaining the change.Method： We selected 109701 outpatient prescriptions by a stratified random sampling method from 2002 to 2009.Result： Outpatients financial burden of the hospital is lower compared with the same level hospital during 2002-2009.After 2006,the proportion of drug costs remained at 15%,and the average prescription costs stayed in 25 yuan,and the prescription including drugs declined.The traditional model＂drugs to support medical＂was changed.Suggestion： Strengthen the monitoring to rational drug use when implementing the new rural cooperative;further promote the internal management reforms and strengthen the supervision of medical equipment.
