区域内医疗机构双向转诊的信息化监控模型及功能构建

摘　　要：区域卫生平台建设是当前卫生信息化的热点问题,而双向转诊作为平台中重要的衔接环节,其运转是否有效将影响平台的整体功能。文章从完善双向转诊运转机制的角度,论证了建立双向转诊监控体系的必要性,分析了双向转诊监控体系的概念模型和监控内容,并研究在已有的区域卫生信息平台基础上应添加的功能模块和保障措施,以期实现双向转诊的信息化、标准化和实时监控。Regional health platform construction is the current hot issue of health information,and two-way referral is as important link of platform,its effective operation will affect the overall function of platform.This article is from the angle of perfecting two-way referral operation mechanism,demonstrates the necessity of establishing two-way referral monitoring system,analyzes the conceptual model and monitor content of two-way referral monitoring system,and considers to add related functional modules on the existing regional health information platform in order to realize informationize,standardization and real-time monitoring of two-way referral.
