摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石中的技巧和临床疗效,提高手术的成功率。方法回顾分析我院2008～2009年间应用超声引导下经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的127例上尿路结石病例,分析其碎石结果。结果 127例患者中,125例一期取净结石,2例需要二期取石,无1例转开放手术。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺取石术术中仔细操作,注意细节及技巧可大幅度提高手术成功率,减少并发症的发生。Objective In order to improve the operative achievement ratio,we explored the technique in the treatment of lithangiuria in upper urinary tract with the percutaneous nephrolithotripsy guided by ultrasound.Methods 127 cases with lithangiuria in upper urinary tract were treated with the percutaneous nephrolithotripsy guided by ultrasound their clinical data were reviewed and treatment results were retrospectively analyzed.Results 125 cases were cured by the onestage operation,2 cases were cured by twostage operation,no one case needed open surgery.Conclusion It can improve operative achievement ratio and decrease the incidence rate of the complications greatly by operating carefuly and increasing operration skills
