夜间长时透析对患者血压的影响及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨夜间长时透析(NHD)对维持性血液透析患者血压的影响。方法 32例患者每周在血液净化中心透析3次,每次7.5 h。透析开始时间为晚间22:00～22:30,结束时间为次日5:30～6:00。记录进入NHD前2个月及开始NHD后每次透析前后血压。结果进入NHD 1～6个月患者透析前后血压维持在较理想状态。NHD 1～6个月透析中高血压及低血压发生率显著减少(均P<0.0125)。结论 NHD能平稳地控制透析中的血压,有利于保护患者心功能、延长生存率。Objective To explore the effect of nocturnal hemodialysis（NHD） on blood pressure of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 32 patients received 3 times of NHD each week,and 7.5 hours each time.NHD started between 22：00 and 22：30,and completed between 5：30 and 6：00 of the next day.Blood pressure before and after every single hemodialysis 2 months before patients received NHD was measured.Blood pressure within 6 months of NHD was also recorded.Results Within 6 months of NHD,patients′ blood pressure before and after every single hemodialysis was maintained at ideal levels.The incidence rates of interdialytic hypertension or hypotension were significantly reduced（P0.0125）.Conclusion NHD helps stabilize interdialytic blood pressure,which protects patients′ heart function and prolongs survival time.
