摘　　要：目的探讨三级心理维护对癌症患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法将90例癌症患者按入院单双号分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组接受常规治疗护理及临床医生、护士提供的一般性心理指导,观察组在此基础上建立由心理科医生、临床医生、护士组成的三级心理维护团队,实行团队式心理维护干预。结果干预后2个月观察组生活质量各因子得分显著高于对照组,SCL-90量表7个因子得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论实施全程团队式的三级心理维护,能够明显提高患者对癌症的心理应对能力,有效改善癌症患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of three-level psychological maintenance program on quality of life of cancer patients.Methods A total of 90 cancer patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the odd or even numbers of their hospital ID,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy and general psychological guidance provided by ordinary clinical doctors and nurses.In addition to these,the observation group were on a three-level psychological maintenance program which involved psychologists,clinical doctors and nurses.Results After 2-month intervention,the scores of various factors of the Short Form（36） Health Survey in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the scores of 7 factors of Symptom Checklist（SCL-90） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05 for all）.Conclusion Implementation of the whole team three-level psychological maintenance program can obviously improve the ability of cancer patients in psychological coping,and effectively improve their quality of life.
