摘　　要：目的探讨康复指导活动对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的影响。方法对20例女性慢性精神分裂症患者在常规治疗护理基础上,以工作坊的形式开展有针对性的康复指导活动,包括康复知识指导(疾病知识、药物知识、家居安全及社交技巧等)及小组游戏各4次活动,康复知识指导与游戏交替进行。康复指导活动前后分别采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)和行为评定量表(SLOF)评定。结果康复指导活动实施后,患者BPRS显著低于实施前,SLOF(除身体功能外)评分显著高于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者实施有效的康复指导活动,能使患者恢复应有的社会功能。Objective To explore the effect of planned rehabilitation guidance in groups on social function of chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 20 female patients with chronic schizophrenia received conventional treatment and nursing care within hospitalization.Besides that,they received rehabilitation guidance planned in groups in ways of workshop： they were subjected to 4 times of knowledge guidance,which included knowledge of disease and medicine,domestic safety,and interpersonal skills,etc;they were also assigned to 4 times of game playing activities,which alternated with knowledge guidance activities.After the activities,the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and the Specific Levels of Functioning Scale（SLOF） were used to measure the effect.Results After the activities,the scores of BPRS were significantly lower,and the scores of SLOF（except the dimension of Physical Functioning） were significantly higher than before（P0.01 for all）.Conclusion Implement of rehabilitation guidance in groups helps restore social function of chronic schizophrenia patients.
