摘 要:目的探讨看图对话卡在哮喘患儿门诊雾化治疗健康教育中的应用效果。方法将100名在儿科门诊进行雾化治疗的哮喘患儿家长随机分成观察组和对照组各50名,两组均由护士向患儿家长进行常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上再用看图对话卡进行健康教育。结果观察组患儿家长对雾化治疗知识掌握程度及学习兴趣显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论看图对话卡的应用提高了健康教育效果,提高了患儿家长对健康教育知识的学习兴趣。Objective To test the effectiveness of conversation picture cards in health education for asthma children treated with ato-mization inhalation.Methods A total of 100 parents of asthma children treated with aerosol inhalation were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 parents in each group.The control group employed conventional health education,while the observation group additionally were given conversation picture cards for knowledge learning and creating dialogue between nurses and parents.Results The parents in the observation group were more knowledgeable of atomization inhalation,and had stronger interest in learning than their control group counterparts(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Application of conversation picture cards to health education of asthma children treated with atomization inhalation can improve knowledge level and learning interests of parents.
