建设学习型政党是中国共产党保持先进性根本途径

摘　　要：建设学习型政党是党的七届四中全会对新时期党建工作提出的新要求。充分认识和深刻理解建设学习型政党的重要性,对于保持和发展中国共产党的先进性,提高执政能力,巩固党的政治优势具有重大的现实意义。分析了学习的重要性,提出了学习是我们党的优良传统;要发扬理论联系实际的学风;学习是创新的前提;学习是对客观规律的敬畏。每一个共产党员都应当提高学习的自觉性,结合工作实际,学出成效,成为学习的模范,保持党的先进性。Building CPC into a learning-based political party is a new requirement for the party＇s construction in the new era proposed at the Fourth Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Party.It is necessary to understand the importance of the new requirement,which helps keep and develop CPC＇s nature of being advanced,improve CPC＇s capability of administration,and maintain CPC＇s political advantages.This paper analyzes the importance of persistence with learning,and points out： persistence with learning is a fine tradition of CPC;theories should be associated with practice;persistence with learning is the prerequisite to innovation;persistence with learning means respect for objective rules.Every member of CPC should improve his or her self-consciousness of persistence with learning,try to score achievements in practice through learning,and become a model of persistence with learning to keep CPC＇s nature of being advanced.
