摘 要:军校学员是军队未来建设的接班人,学员心理健康水平不仅是评价综合素质的重要指标,也是军队院校转型过程中需要高度关注的问题之一。研究和探讨影响军校学员心理健康的各类因素,将有利于更深入地揭示心理健康发展规律,从而促进学员的个性发展和健康成长。生理因素、心理因素和社会环境因素是与心理健康密切相关的三大因素,只有探明这三大因素对学员心理健康的作用机制,并引导学员扩大积极因素的正面影响,才能卓有成效地改善军队院校心理健康问题现状。The mental health level of cadets is not only an important guideline of evaluating one s capabilities, but also a pubic concern during the military academy's transformation, as they are the mainstay of the armyts future construction. The investigation of various factors that influence the cadets' mental health will he advantageous to reveal the patterns of its evolvement. Moreover, it will boost the cadets' personality development and healthy grown-up in the other way round. As the mental health will be affected by one's body, mind and social environment which he is in, to prove up the influencing mechanism is the effective way to improve the actual state of the cadets' mental problems.
