摘　　要：在全面分析海军工程保障信息化人才培养现状的基础上,论证海军工程保障信息化人才应具备的素质要求及人才培养的特点和原则,提出信息化人才培养层次划分及不同人才培养模式的构建,以期尽快建立完善的海军工程保障信息化人才培养体系。Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of cultivating informationalization talents for naval engineering support, this paper discourses the qualification that the talents should have, and analyze the characteristics and principles of talents cultivation. In order to build the talents training system for naval engineering support as soon as possible, the paper explains the concept of different levels of talents cultured with different training patterns.
