摘　　要：目的了解湖沼型疫区成年居民和中小学生血防健康教育现状。方法采用现场随机问卷方式调查荆州区疫区居民和中小学学生,计算问卷应答正确率,血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率。结果 369名成年居民的血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率分别为98.10%和95.12%,男女之间、不同年龄组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。文盲知晓率和正确率分别为86.21%和82.76%,低于小学至高中文化程度者。262名学生血防知识和血防行为问卷应答正确率分别为93.98%和99.39%;学生血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率分别为99.62%和97.33%。结论成年居民和学生血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率均达到现行目标要求,成年居民血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率与受教育程度有关。Objective To ascertain schistosomiasis knowledge and awareness in adults in a schistosomiasis-endemic lake region and ascertain the current status of schistosomiasis education for schoolchildren.Methods Random sampling was used to survey residents and students in affected areas of Jingzhou District.The percentage of correct answers to the survey was calculated.This provided the percentage of correct answers regarding schistosomiasis knowledge and awareness and the percentage of correct answers regarding schistosomiasis control.Results Three hundred and sixty-nine residents scored 98.10% in terms of correct answers regarding knowledge and awareness of schistosomiasis and 95.12% in terms of correct answers regarding schistosomiasis control.There were no differences in the percentage of correct answers given by men and women and different age groups.The level of awareness among illiterates was 86.21% and the percentage of correct answers given by those individuals was 82.76%,which is lower than the percentage of correct answers given by individuals with a basic education.Two hundred and sixty-two students scored 93.98% and 99.39% in terms of correct answers regarding knowledge and awareness of schistosomiasis and 99.62% and 97.33% in terms of correct answers regarding schistosomiasis control.Conclusion Both adult residents and students had a percentage of correct answers regarding knowledge and awareness of schistosomiasis that met current goals and requirements.Among residents,knowledge and awareness of schistosomiasis and correct answers regarding schistosomiasis control were associated with one＇s level of education.
