摘 要:目的了解目前咸宁市常见食用淡水鱼感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴的情况,为华支睾吸虫病的预防和健康教育工作提供依据。方法从咸宁市区不同的方位随机选取4个集贸市场,在每个市场购买市民经常食用的淡水鱼进行检测,包括:鳙鱼、鲫鱼、团头鲂(武昌鱼)、麦穗鱼,用胃蛋白酶消化法检测鱼肉中华支睾吸虫囊蚴。结果共检查鳙鱼76尾、鲫鱼87尾、团头鲂(武昌鱼)92尾、麦穗鱼189尾,华支睾吸虫囊蚴阳性率分别为23.68%、43.68%、39.13%和75.13%,阳性鱼平均感染度(个/尾)分别为15.11、9.97、10.06和48.25。结论咸宁市区的淡水鱼中存在一定程度的华支睾吸虫感染,其中麦穗鱼的感染情况较严重。Objective To determine the prevalence of encysted metacercariae of Clonorchis sinensis in the City of Xianning and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of clonorchiasis.Methods Freshwater fish that were regularly consumed were obtained from randomly selected four markets in different locations in Xianning City;the fish included Aristichthys nobilis,Carassius auratus,Megalobrama amblycephala,and Pseudorasbora parvae.Encysted metacercariae of C.sinensis were detected in fish meat and counted using an inverted microscope.Results Seventy-six samples of A.nobilis,87 samples of C.auratus,92 samples of M.amblycephala,and 189 samples of P.parva were tested.The four species of freshwater fish were infected with C.sinensis at a rate of 23.68%,43.68%,39.13%,and 75.13%.The number of each species of fish that were infected was 15.11,9.97,10.06,and 48.25.Conclusion Freshwater fish are infected with C.sinensis in Xianning City.P.parva had a higher rate of infection than did other fish species.
